At Baya Performance Consultancy, as a first of its kind, we saw the need for a trustworthy platform to emerge, composed by well rounded multi disciplinary sport consultants, to join forces and offer 360 services for both the athletes and their representatives in the MENA region.

We aim at professionalizing sport in the region, while it becomes a center of epic sports events, we want to make sure we never loose sight that athletes are the fuel and the power for the sport movement to continue to thrive.

BPC works as a 360 talent agency for athletes in the region, with a genuine focus on their growth and their health, as well as giving the necessary legal and structural support for independent agents who already work in the region, or who would like to establish.

We help independent agents in the region to work smoothly through all FIFA tools and as per the FIFA regulations to create more professionalism in the sport sector in the MENA region, we work as a platform for collaboration and give them legal and admin support or any other required services. , BPC is committed to the discretion and the professional that is expected.
